1. Who we are

Sissy Fitness is an adult educational / lifestyle fitness site operated by Jules Arden. It covers femboy aesthetics and soft-femme athletic training for adults 18+. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Newsletter email: If you subscribe, we collect your email address, a UTC timestamp, and limited technical metadata (IP address and user agent) to prevent abuse and operate the list.
• Messages you send: If you email editorial@sissyfitness.com, we process the content of that correspondence to respond.
• Server / hosting logs: Our host (currently Hostinger) may log standard request data (IP, path, time) for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

• Send occasional newsletters or updates you requested about femboy fitness and related guides.
• Maintain a subscriber CSV record so we can send the notes you requested.
• Improve the site, prevent spam/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your email address.

4. Cookies and analytics

The core static site does not require login cookies for browsing. We may add privacy-friendly analytics or essential hosting cookies in the future. If third-party analytics are enabled, they may set cookies or collect usage data under their own policies - we will update this section when that happens. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third parties

• Hosting: Hostinger (or a successor host) processes traffic and may store signup CSV files.
• Email delivery: Signups are stored in a protected CSV on the host. A future email service provider (ESP) may be connected for double opt-in and campaigns.
• External links: Links to Reformery Estate ( reformery.org) and other third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies - not ours.

6. Adult content (18+)

This site discusses adult lifestyle themes around femboy presentation and body aesthetics. By using the site or submitting your email, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor subscribed, contact us immediately so we can delete the record.

7. Retention and security

Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we shut down the list. We take reasonable technical measures (access control, not committing subscriber files to public git), but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

To unsubscribe, correct your email, or request deletion, email editorial@sissyfitness.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
